Saavedro is so famous for his "NO" moment... he deserved that title.

Of course, yeah, I know, he looks like James Bond and not like Dr No here. Well... I just felt like drawing it that way. (And anyway I couldn't get him to look like the real Dr No: I didn't know how to make him recognizable... bah.
